Residential Full Inspection

With our Residential Full Inspection service, you’ll learn everything you need to know about your future home. We’ll inspect everything accessible including the:

Additional Service Add-Ons

  • Wind Mitigation

    A Wind Mitigation service allows our inspectors to determine the level of wind/storm protection of the home. A Wind Mitigation can save you hundreds on homeowners insurance premiums!

    Price: $150 standalone. Combine with a 4-point & save $25 ($275 for both). Combine with a Residential Full inspection: $75

  • 4-Point Inspection

    A 4-point is often required by insurance companies before offering insurance (based on the age of the home). We will complete a standardized form complete with photos as required.

    Price: $150 standalone. Combine with a wind mitigation & save $25. ($275 for both). Combine with a Residential Full inspection: $75

  • Air Quality Testing

    Air Quality testing is a valuable resource to detect the presence of mold spores and can be used when a deeper evaluation is needed.

    Price: Starting at $300 (1500 sq. ft) for a standalone air-sample without home inspection. Combine with inspection: $200

  • Pest Inspection/WDO

    We partner with a trusted pest control company to check for evidence of infestation/damage by termites and wood destroying organisms (WDO).



    Price: $100 PBC/$125 Broward, Martin, St Lucie

  • Pre-Listing Inspection

    In this inspection, we’ll check the roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural & interior so there are no surprises when your buyer comes along.

  • Roof Certification

    Performed when a roof’s life expectancy is needed. The inspector will complete a document that confirms a licensed inspector has inspected your roof and has certified it is free of flaws and is guaranteed to last for the duration stated in the certificate.

    Price: $150

  • Thermal Imaging Scan

    A full scan of components in the home using thermal imaging to detect and document moisture intrusion, overheating circuit breakers, outlets, and lack of insulation that are potentially not visible or accessible without the use of today’s technology.

    Price: $225 standalone. No-charge when combined with a Residential Full Inspection.

  • Pool Inspection

    Inspection of in-ground pools & pool equipment including the circulation pump, filtration system, pool enclosure, child-safety fence, valve operation, pool heater, jacuzzi/spa, water features (fountains), etc.

    Price: $60 (Leak test not included. Additional fees applied for leak test)
