    • 4-Point Inspection ($150 standalone/Combine with inspection $75)
      Focused on the four main systems insurance companies care about: roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

    • Wind Mitigation Inspection ($150 standalone/Combine with inspection $75)
      Identifies features that may qualify for insurance discounts and verifies wind-resistant construction elements.

  • Pre-Listing Inspections (Starting at $400)
    A complete evaluation of the home’s major systems; roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural & interior, so there are no surprises when your buyer comes along.

  • New Construction & 11-Month Warranty Inspections (Starting at $400)
    If you’re buying new construction, it’s important to schedule a private inspection so you have an independent professional evaluating the quality of the build with your best interests in mind. And before your builder’s one-year warranty expires, an 11-month warranty inspection can help identify issues while they’re still covered.

We also coordinate additional services like pool leak tests, sewer scopes, well inspections and more—so you don’t have to manage multiple vendors.

  • Pool Inspection

    Inspection of in-ground pools & pool equipment including the circulation pump, filtration system, pool enclosure, child-safety fence, valve operation, pool heater, jacuzzi/spa, water features (fountains), etc.

  • Thermal Imaging Scan

    A full scan of components in the home using thermal imaging to detect and document moisture intrusion, overheating circuit breakers, outlets, and lack of insulation that are potentially not visible or accessible without the use of today’s technology.

  • Septic Inspection

    Evaluates the system’s condition and function to identify issues before they become costly problems.

  • Sewer Scope

    A camera inspection of the sewer line to check for cracks, roots, or blockages. Recommended for homes built before the 1970, properties with large trees, or anytime you want to avoid unexpected underground repairs.

    Evaluates the well system, pump, and water quality to ensure safe, reliable performance.

  • Sea Wall Inspection
